Agreement Between User and Life, Love & Travel
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.lifeloventravel.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of travel planning services and digital travel guides from Life, Love & Travel (“LLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from LLT, you agree to these Terms.

Life, Love & Travel provides travel planning and concierge-style travel support services, plus digital travel guides and educational resources.

Important Disclaimers (Read This)
- We are not a travel supplier. LLT is not an airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, transportation provider, or travel insurance company. We plan, advise, and coordinate. Third-party suppliers deliver the actual travel services.
- No guarantees. Travel pricing, availability, schedules, entry requirements, and supplier policies can change at any time. We do not guarantee outcomes, availability, or pricing.
- Not legal/medical advice. Any information we provide is educational and general in nature and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Purchases Covered by These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Travel planning services, including (but not limited to): Concierge Check, Destination Match, Full Planning Services, Special Moments Planning, Budget Blueprinting, and Packing Consultation.
- Digital travel guides and other downloadable materials.
If a specific offer page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written agreement includes additional terms, those additional terms apply to that purchase. If there is a conflict, the more specific written terms for that purchase control.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.
Electronic Communications
By visiting the Site, submitting forms, or emailing us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (including by email). You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content
Some pages may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, LLT may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We may also publish sponsored content from time to time.
Scope of Services (What We Do—and What We Don’t)
Travel Planning Services
Our planning services may include destination recommendations, itinerary design, hotel/resort suggestions, transfer and excursion recommendations, budgeting guidance, packing guidance, and coordination support.
Unless explicitly stated in writing for your purchase, LLT:
- does not guarantee availability, pricing, upgrades, specific room categories, or special requests;
- does not control third-party suppliers;
- does not guarantee that travel will be uninterrupted or free from delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or supplier issues.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate traveler information (names as shown on passports/IDs, dates of birth, contact details, preferences, budgets, and constraints);
- review all confirmations and documents promptly;
- comply with passport, visa, vaccination, entry/exit, and customs requirements;
- Follow supplier rules and deadlines.
You are responsible for any fees, penalties, or losses caused by incorrect information you provide or by missed deadlines.
Response Times and Emergencies
If your service includes concierge support, any response-time goals are best-effort and not a guarantee. For urgent travel disruptions, you should also contact the supplier directly (airline/hotel/insurance provider) using their emergency channels.
Third-Party Suppliers, Payments, and Fees
Supplier Terms Apply
Your travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance providers). Supplier policies (including cancellation and refund rules) may be strict and may change.
Pricing Changes
Travel prices can change due to availability, currency fluctuations, supplier policy changes, and other factors. Quotes are not guaranteed unless a supplier booking is confirmed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance. If you decline travel insurance, you assume the risk of losses due to cancellations, medical events, delays, or other disruptions.
Digital Travel Guides (Downloads)
License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital guide, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal travel planning.
You may not:
- share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or post the guide (or any portion) publicly;
- create derivative works for resale;
- remove copyright notices.
Delivery
Digital products are typically delivered immediately via download link or email. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring deliverability.
Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations
Planning Services
Planning fees are for our time, expertise, and deliverables. Unless otherwise stated in writing for your purchase:
- Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees.
- If you become non-responsive for 14 days after we request required information/approvals, we may pause or close your project. Fees paid remain earned.
Digital Travel Guides
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital guide sales are final once delivered or downloaded, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact us first at contact@lifeloventravel.com so we can attempt to resolve it. We reserve the right to provide documentation of services delivered and communications in response to any dispute.
Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure
Travel may be impacted by events outside anyone’s control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier shutdowns, labor strikes, and civil unrest (“Force Majeure”). LLT is not liable for losses arising from Force Majeure events. Supplier refund policies will apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in our digital products (including text, itineraries, templates, graphics, logos, and downloads) is owned by LLT or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without permission;
- interfere with the Site’s operation.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site, services, and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, services, digital products, or third-party travel suppliers.
If liability cannot be excluded, LLT’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid LLT for the specific service or digital product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLT and its owners, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected misuse.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in HARRISONVILLE, MO, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
